Experience Member of Township Council 2006 to present. Active in the community developing stronger organizations, working to revitalize the region as part of the “Southeastern PA First Suburbs Project” Organizational consultant who coaches leaders and groups to improve their effectiveness. Teaches in and directs the graduate program in Organizational Development and Leadership at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Bill and his wife Mary have been married for 39 years and residents of Upper Providence for 16 years.
